- 2.5 cups skimmed milk
- 1 ¼ medium apple, chopped into dice sized pieces
- 3 pods green cardamom, crushed and pounded
- 8 almonds, chopped
- 2 tsp jaggery, grated (optional)
- Peel and grate the apple.
- Chop almonds, crush green cardamom and grate jaggery.
- Peel and grate the apple. Cook the apple and jaggery in a pan until the apple is soft and the jaggery syrup becomes thick.
- Reduce the milk separately in another pan until thick and creamy. Cool and mix well with the cooked apple mixture.
- Add the crushed cardamom and mix well.
- Serve topped with chopped almonds.
