- 2 cups curd
- 3/4 large apple, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder, roasted
- 4-6 peppercorns, freshly pounded
- 3/4 cup water
- Beat the curd well till smooth. Add water to maintain pouring consistency.
- Peel and finely chop the apple and mix with the beaten curd.
- Add roasted cumin powder and freshly pounded pepper.
- Mix well and serve cold.
