1 Katori

  • 2 cups curd
  • 3/4 large apple, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder, roasted
  • 4-6 peppercorns, freshly pounded
  • 3/4 cup water
  1. Beat the curd well till smooth. Add water to maintain pouring consistency.
  2. Peel and finely chop the apple and mix with the beaten curd. 
  3. Add roasted cumin powder and freshly pounded pepper.
  4. Mix well and serve cold.
