- 4 medium apples, roughly chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tsp chia seeds (sabja ke beej)
- 3 tsp raisins (kishmish)
- 2 tsp sugar (optional)
- Wash and clean apples, peel and roughly chop them.
- Add chia seeds, 2 tsp of raisins, and ¼ cup milk in the container. Blend the mixture.
- Now, add the remaining milk, and apple. Blend well.
- Garnish with remaining chopped raisins. Serve cold.
