- 4 cups milk
- 15 almonds, soaked, peeled and pounded coarsely
- 3 pods green cardamom, crushed
- Warm the milk in a heavy bottomed saucepan.
- Add crushed cardamom and almonds to the milk and let it simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.
- Drink warm.
Note: You may use toned milk/skimmed milk
