- 4 medium beetroots, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and roughly chopped
- 3 medium apples, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1.5 cup water.
- Peel and roughly chop the apple, cucumber, and beetroots after giving them a thorough wash.
- In a mixing jar, grind the ingredients and crush them into a fine paste.
- Add water and blend well. Use a sieve to strain the juice if necessary.
- Squeeze some lemon juice over it and mix well.
- Serve it chilled or at room temperature.
