  • 2.5 large beetroot, peeled and grated
  • 2 cups curd
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder, roasted
  • 8-10 peppercorns, freshly pounded
  • Use minimal amount of salt
  • 3/4 cup water
  1. Wash, peel, and grate the beetroot.
  2. Add grated beetroot to beaten curd. Add water if needed to maintain pouring consistency.
  3. Add roasted cumin powder, salt and freshly pounded pepper.
  4. Mix well and serve cold.
