- 2.5 large beetroot, peeled and grated
- 2 cups curd
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder, roasted
- 8-10 peppercorns, freshly pounded
- Use minimal amount of salt
- 3/4 cup water
- Wash, peel, and grate the beetroot.
- Add grated beetroot to beaten curd. Add water if needed to maintain pouring consistency.
- Add roasted cumin powder, salt and freshly pounded pepper.
- Mix well and serve cold.
