- 2 cups curd
- 1/2 kg amaranth (chaulai), cleaned and finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder, roasted
- 8-10 peppercorns, freshly pounded
- Use minimal amount of salt
- 3/4 cup water
- Clean and wash the leaves thoroughly. Chop, steam on a strainer, and grind the leaves.
- Add this to beaten curd. Add water to maintain pouring consistency.
- Add roasted cumin powder and freshly pounded pepper.
- Mix well and serve cold.
