- 3.5 cups coriander, cleaned and roughly chopped
- 2.5 cups mint, cleaned and roughly chopped
- 2 whole green chillies(optional)
- 2 cm piece ginger
- 4 small cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder, roasted
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- Use minimal amount of salt
- Clean and wash coriander and mint leaves thoroughly.
- Wash and roughly chop green chillies, garlic and ginger. Roast and grind cumin seeds.
- Blend all ingredients in a grinder then add lemon juice.
- Serve with hot cheela/multigrain roti/roll.
