4-5 tsp

  • 3.5 cups coriander, cleaned and roughly chopped
  • 2.5 cups mint, cleaned and roughly chopped
  • 2 whole green chillies(optional)
  • 2 cm piece ginger
  • 4 small cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder, roasted
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • Use minimal amount of salt
  1. Clean and wash coriander and mint leaves thoroughly.
  2. Wash and roughly chop green chillies, garlic and ginger. Roast and grind cumin seeds.
  3. Blend all ingredients in a grinder then add lemon juice.
  4. Serve with hot cheela/multigrain roti/roll.
