- 2 cups curd
- 2 cups coriander, cleaned and finely chopped
- 1 cup mint, cleaned and finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder, roasted
- Use minimal amount of salt
- 3/4 cup water
- Clean and wash the mint and coriander leaves thoroughly. Chop them finely.
- Add chopped leaves to beaten curd. Add water to maintain pouring consistency.
- Add roasted cumin powder and mix well.
- Serve cold.
