- 2 cups curd
- ½ cup bottle gourd, grated
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder, roasted
- 8-10 peppercorns, freshly pounded
- Use minimal amount of salt
- 3/4 cup water
- Wash, peel, and grate the bottle gourd. Take a heavy-bottomed pan and boil the bottle gourd for a few minutes. Cool and squeeze water.
- Add boiled bottle gourd to beaten curd. Add water if needed to maintain pouring consistency.
- Add roasted cumin powder, salt and freshly pounded pepper.
- Mix well and serve cold.
