  • 20-22 cottage cheese cubes (paneer) (160 grams)
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/4small cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 tbsp peanuts
  • 5-6 peppercorns, fresh
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves, roughly chopped
  • Use minimal amount of salt
  1. Wash peeled onion, tomato, cucumber and coriander leaves thoroughly. Peel the cucumber and slice it thinly. Roughly chop the coriander leaves.
  2. Cut the paneer into 20-22 small cubes.
  3. Heat the pan over medium to high flame. Dry roast the peanuts until they turn slightly brown and set aside.
  4. Now add 1 tsp olive oil to the pan and sauté the paneer cubes until light brown on both sides.
  5. Combine the paneer cubes with 1 tsp olive oil, salt (optional), and crushed peppercorns in a mixing bowl. Toss gently to coat the paneer evenly with the seasoning.
  6. Add sautéed paneer with slices of onion, tomato, and cucumber.
  7. Sprinkle the roasted peanuts, black pepper and chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
