- 4 cups milk*
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 pods green cardamom, crushed
*Note: You may use toned milk/skimmed milk
- Warm the milk in a heavy-bottomed pot or a saucepan.
- Add freshly pounded crushed cardamom powder and let it simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder and mix well.
- Drink warm.
