- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced, or
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder, roasted
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- Use minimal amount of salt
- Wash and clean all vegetables thoroughly. Peel the cucumber and onions. Slice them thinly.
- Take a bowl and add sliced vegetables, sprinkle lemon juice over it.
- Serve with meals or as a healthy snack.
