1 cup  

  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tsps tea leaves (black/green)
  • 4 tsps lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan or kettle.
  2. Once the water boils, add tea leaves and let it simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea and let it become lukewarm. 
  4. Add lemon juice and enjoy.
