- 2 cups curd
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 3 small onions, finely chopped
- 1 small cucumber, grated
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 8-10 peppercorns, freshly hand pounded
- Use minimal amount of salt
- 3/4 cup water
- Wash, peel and grate cucumber, finely chop onions and tomato.
- Add grated cucumber, chopped onions and tomato to beaten curd. Add water to maintain pouring consistency.
- Add roasted cumin powder and freshly pounded pepper.
- Mix well and serve cold.
