- 2 cups curd
- 2 small cucumbers, grated
- 4 tsp flax seeds, roasted
- 2 whole green chillies(optional)
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder, roasted
- Use minimal amount of salt
- 3/4 cup water
- Beat the curd. Wash, peel, and grate the cucumber andchop the green chillies.
- Add cucumber and green chillies to beaten curd, add water to maintain pouring consistency.
- Add roasted flax seeds, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well. Alternatively, grind roasted flax seeds and sprinkle over raita before serving.
- Serve cold.
