- 4 cups water
- 3 tsps black tea leaves
- 2 cm piece ginger, chopped
- 4 tsps lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan.
- Add grated ginger to the water and let it boil.
- Once the mixture boils, add tea leaves and let it simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.
- Strain the tea and let it cool till lukewarm.
- Add lemon juice and enjoy.
