- 2 small apples, cut into dice sized pieces
- 1 large guava, cut into dice sized pieces, or
- 2/3 cup musk melon, diced (kharbuja)
- 2 cups lettuce/ cabbage (green), chopped
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- Wash the apple and guava/ musk melon and chop them into small dice size pieces.
- Fill a saucepan with water and place it on stove. Boil the water on a low flame and place a strainer on top. Put the chopped cabbage/ lettuce and steam for 2-3 minutes.
- Take a bowl, add chopped fruits to it.
- Add lemon juice and mix them well with a ladle.
- Serve as a healthy snack.
