- 2 cups curd
- 1.5 cups pineapple, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder, roasted
- 4-6, freshly pounded peppercorns
- Use minimal amount of salt
- 3/4 cup water
- Beat the curds well till smooth. Add water to maintain pouring consistency.
- Clean and finely chop the pineapple.
- Mix with the beaten curd. Add roasted cumin powder and freshly pounded pepper.
- Mix well and serve cold.
