- 24 g black pepper
- 19 g cumin seeds
- 24 g black cardamom (badi/kali eliachi)
- 9 g clove (laung)
- 9 g mace (jaivitri)
- 9 g cinnamon (dalchini)
- 6 g nutmeg (jaiphal)
- 2 g bay leaf
- Dry roast all the ingredients on a low flame individually. Keep them aside.
- In a mixer jar, add the roasted ingredients and grind. Make sure to grind it into a fine powder.
- Store in an airtight container.
