- 8kg whole wheat atta
- 1kg sorghum (jowar)/barley (jau)/ finger millet (ragi)/ oats atta
- Go to your nearest or local chakki (flour mill) and get freshly ground whole wheat flour and jowar/jau/ragi/ oats flour.
- If you are using any one grain flour (jowar/jau/ragi/oats), add 1 kg of that flour to 8 kg of whole wheat flour. If you prefer to add all four types of grain flour, add 250g each to the whole wheat flour.
- Store in an airtight container
