- 1 medium apple, cut into cubes
- 1 medium pomegranate, shelled
- 1 tbsp peanuts
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Take a pan and dry roast peanuts on a medium flame. Keep them aside.
- Wash the apple and finely chop it. Separate the pomegranate seeds.
- Take a bowl and add chopped apple and pomegranate seeds.
- Add roasted peanuts and lemon juice. Mix well with a ladle.
- Serve as a healthy snack.
